Use the same Virtual Organization your team selected in the previous weeks’ assignments.
Assume the role of the management team for that Virtual Organization.
Write, individually, a 350- to 700-word response to the following question:
- Based on your individual Creative Intelligence Profiles, how might each member affect innovation within the organization? What is the consensus of opinion amongst the team? Consolidate your responses so you can write the team paper.
- Then write a Team Paper that incorporates the responses (including the comparisons and agreement/disagreements mentioned below) into a cohesive, explanatory whole.
Compare your responses with those of your team members and describe whether or not you agree with their responses. Explain why or why not.
Format your response consistent with APA guidelines.
