Refer to my Disease Processes Table grading criteria rubric (I have posted this in the Course Materials forum). All criteria on this rubric must be satisfactorily met to receive full credit for this assignment.
Create a Word table and complete the exercise on pp. 120-121 as follows:
Choose three conditions from those listed on pp. 120-121.
Fill out the signs and symptoms for each chosen condition.
In place of the diagnostic tests, list a conventional and a complementary or alternative therapy for each chosen condition.
In place of the treatment plan, list a community resource and one educational need that a patient might require, for each chosen condition. The following are some community resources examples:

Associations or professional organizations
Societies
Nonprofit organizations
