Choose three populations from this list: Asian Pacific Islanders, Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Arabs, Hispanics (may select a specific group if desired), African Americans, persons who identify with the Jewish faith, persons who identify with the Muslim faith, and Jehovah’s witnesses.
