Prepare a 7- to 10-slide presentation with detailed speaker notes for the Board of Directors in which you analyze the following:
§ The relationship of IT, KM, and IC.
§ The current Information Technology (IT) platform and current techniques and methods to integrate KM and IC.
§ How the organization uses IT to share KM and IC.
§ How the organization can remain ethical with the KM and IC stored on an IT platform.
§ Recommended improvements that the organization can implement to become more competitive.
