Prepare a 5- to 7-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with speaker notes on the topic your research that includes the following:
• Explain the law or policy
• Explain how a workplace would demonstrate compliance with the law or policy and the role Human Resources has in this process
• Explain the consequences of not complying with the law or policy in the workplace
• Explain how the law or policy would affect staffing
• Explain the purpose of performance reviews and how compliance or non-compliance with the law or policy would affect performance reviews
