Begin your paper with a strong opening statement, which includes your position. Follow this up with relevant supporting arguments and evidence. You should use a minimum of six different information sources to support your contention. Do not cite a website but rather the person or organization providing the information. Do not forget to document the information source (i.e. journal, newspaper, or website). Be sure to end your paper with a summary of the main points and recommendations for change when appropriate. Give credit for the references cited in your paper, using any standard style manual for form of citation. Your presentation and the way you support your position will determined the final paper grade.
