In the first part of this Lesson’s assignment, you must conceive of a team project which requires a Team Charter. The
project should be workrelated.
If you are not currently in a work environment, you can use something from your past
experience. Another option is to use the material from one of the articles you reviewed as the setting for a team project
responsible for implementing required organizational changes.
