In the first part of this Lesson’s assignment, you must conceive of a team project which requires a Team Charter. The
project should be workrelated.
If you are not currently in a work environment, you can use something from your past
experience. Another option is to use the material from one of the articles you reviewed as the setting for a team project
responsible for implementing required organizational changes.

You only need to address these six items.
You need to take the time needed to carefully understand the distinctions between the third through sixth items on this list.
The second part of this week’s assignment is to construct a meeting agenda. The meeting must be related to the same
project as used for the Team Charter. Here are two links to guide your effort on this part of the assignment:
Be sure your agenda includes the following:
Name for the meeting conveying its purpose;
A full purpose statement for the meeting;
Time and place (presumable fictitious)
List of topics and who is expected to report on or lead discussion of each;
Expected time for each topic;
Person responsible for recording
