My idea of the dissertation topic is “An analysis of what factors directly affect graduates personal decision to join the organization.” Most of the research analysis the factors why people leave the employment so I would like to do the opposite one. I would like to analysis what factors can motivate and attract graduates to select and join the organisation for their employment. There are many external variables and personal reason influences graduates choices, such as the well being provide by the organisation, the culture, talent, skills and ability etc. The project will use the quantitative method to analysis the collected data, the data will be collected through online survey with some open-ended questions. Therefore, the research will focus only on the undergraduate and postgraduate graduates and then the responses will be analysed on the SPSS statistical tool. According to the research, we will understand what variables graduates consider the most when they make the decision to join the organisation. Please explore and expand the topic area. Can you please write a introduction and or definition of the research problems, literature review and hypotheses and research methods please.
